RETI Program.
The Refugee and Host Community Empowerment and Transformation Initiative (RETI) is a 4 years program that is being funded by MasterCard foundation to address employment mong young people (15-35 years old). Carissa International is partnering with Meeting Point Kitgum, Gulu University and Muni University to train the select participants (both refugees and Host communities) in marketable vocational skills such as Hairdressing, tailoring, Building and construction, mechanics, and shoe making. 77 participants are already enrolled and undergoing skills training.
